About Me
Representing South Central Pennsylvania sellers and buyers for over 2 decades, Annie’s enthusiasm, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s needs and wants and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate dreams. Raised in Dauphin County and now living in Lancaster County for the last 17 years, Annie understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in the Susquehanna Valley with its beauty, nature, history, and amazing restaurants and shopping!
Annie has been a licensed agent since 2001 and started her real estate career in the property management field, specializing in senior rental housing. She then transitioned to real estate sales and team management in 2004, working with a top ranking real estate team. After 15 years with this team, the team leader retired from the real estate industry and Annie had the honor of inheriting the leader’s business and continued to offer the same service and care that our customers, clients and friends have been accustomed to.
Now in 2022, Annie is taking her success, knowledge and professionalism to co-lead a new team with Andrea Keiper at Life Changes Realty Group, including real estate agents Carrie Chapman and Sarah Conville. She continues to specialize in real estate in the Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, York and Perry County markets. Also excelling in the real estate photography and home staging fields and winning numerous national awards, she is able to offer an unmatched level of full service to all of her clients.
She is a Military Relocation Professional, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and holds the At Home with Diversity designation. Annie is a very active and connected community leader, while being a member of the Elizabethtown Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Council of Realtors®, an instructor with Junior Achievement and volunteers with Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership, photographing their completed project homes. Annie lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, Derek, her children, Ivy and Braydon, and their dogs, Boomer and Hank.
